Announcing the 3rd Alexander Zemlinsky Prize for Composition at the College-Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati (CCM). Hazel Renshaw Carol Composition Prize 2012. A composition prize for a carol for a cappella (unaccompanied) SATB choir. Occasional divisis are acceptable, 4-5 minutes in length from a text in the public domain to be chosen by the composer.  Adjudicators are composer Judith Weir and Patrick Russill, head of choral conducting at the Royal Academy of Music, London.
